XTAR MC1 charger is a portable USB charger which can rescue your over-discharged batteries. It costs only one battery’s price. It is a mini and light weight charger, but it can charge no matter the small cells like 10440 or the big cell like 18500! (Recommended only for short batteries, 18650 or bigger NOT recommended)
